Our mission is to ensure that every young person, regardless of background, has access to quality careers education and meaningful opportunities that lead to economic empowerment. By working collaboratively with educators, parents/carers, businesses, and community organisations, we create a robust support system that helps young people achieve their full potential.

WHY novi FUTURES
Social mobility in the UK remains a stubborn challenge, with young people from disadvantaged backgrounds facing systemic barriers to education, networks, and opportunities. At novi FUTURES, we believe careers education should be more than a tick-box exercise, it should be an inspiring, ongoing conversation that starts in primary school and ignites aspiration before stereotypes take root.
We are here to bridge the gap between education and industry by equipping teachers with the latest labour market insights and fostering partnerships with experts. This transforms the curriculum, boosts teacher retention, and shows young people they can be the creators and innovators of tomorrow.
